How do I get in contact with the client services team?

There are several ways you are able to contact the Client Services team:

Live Chat Support



Simply go to our website and you can access Live Chat Support from the bottom-right corner.

Our Client Service Agents will be more than happy to assist you.

The Client Services Agents are available 7 days a week:

Please note, you can still send your query outside these times and a Client Service Agent will respond within 1 hour of business opening the following day.

Tickets



You can also submit a ticket. A member if our Client Services team will respond to you within 24 hours of receipt:

Tickets are good for account-specific issues outside of Live Chat hours. Remember to include your account number and order number to expediate the process.
