How do I request a profit payout?


Below, we have provided a step-by-step process for your convenience:


  • Login the trader's dashboard





  • Choose the account you wish to withdraw from on the first page.





  • If you are eligible for payment, the Request payout button will be visible, and you can select it.


  • You will receive a message detailing your payable amount, account conditions and the notice about the ** Payout Locker **


  • Confirm you are happy to proceed.


  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the first field.


(The system will automatically calculate the trader's profit share at the time of payment)


Payouts via Rise Works

  • After entering the amount, select the Rise payment method.


  • Enter the email you used to register with FTUK and confirm.


  • You will then receive an email from Rise.


If you are using RiseWorks for the first time, you need to register on the RiseWorks website and complete the verification process so that we can connect it to your dashboard.


Payouts via Crypto


  • After entering the amount, select USDT-TRC20


  • fill in your USDT-TRC20 wallet address and confirm.


After Your Request


  • Your payment status will be displayed as "submitted" in the dashboard.


  • During this stage, while your payment is pending approval, your account will be in view-only mode.


  • Once your payment is approved, you will be able to resume trading.


  • After completing these steps, you will receive an email to confirm your payout request was received.
