Before requesting a payout we need to verify your identity through our Know Your Customer (KYC) portal.
The verification can be done via:
FTUK dashboard → Settings → Verify.
What documents do you accept?
Driver's Licence
Passport
National Identity Card
Any other form of Government-Approved Identification
When can I do this?
You can choose to verify your identidy anytime after getting your dashboard details. You must finish the verification before either scaling up to level 2 on any account, or requesting your first withdrawal on an instant funding account.
Important Notes:
• You can verify your identity at any time.
• KYC verification is not required during the evaluation phase.
However, only verified users will be moved to the Funded Stage in both the 1-Step and 2-Step evaluation models.
• Only verified users can request payouts in Instant Funding accounts.

Please note that all submitted documents must be valid and in date. Verification can take from a few minutes up to 24 hours to complete.
