FTUK needs to verify your identity before a payout request can be processed.
When do I need to complete verification?
Complete identity verification when you are ready to request a payout. It is not required when you purchase an account or begin your programme.
How do I start?
Sign in to your Trader Dashboard and follow the identity-verification prompt before submitting your payout request.
What do I need?
Follow the instructions in your Trader Dashboard and provide the accepted identification documentation requested during verification. Make sure the document is valid and clearly readable.
