These rules help ensure trading remains fair, independent and consistent with FTUK’s simulated Futures environment. They apply alongside the FTUK Terms and the account-specific limits shown in your dashboard.
What is allowed?
Manual news trading is allowed for Instant Sim Funding, provided you follow every other account rule, including risk limits and the minimum trade duration.
Stop losses are optional. You remain responsible for managing risk and staying within all account limits.
Position timing
Positions cannot be held overnight or over the weekend. The platform provides a warning from 3:35 PM CT. Open positions are automatically closed at 3:50 PM CT. Trading resumes after the regular 4:00–5:00 PM CT maintenance period.
Each trade must remain open for at least 30 seconds. A trade closed before 30 seconds is a rule violation, including where a stop loss or take profit closes it early.
Copying and account ownership
You may copy trades from one verified, personally owned external account to one registered FTUK Instant Sim Funding account when the source account and copying arrangement are registered before use.
The following are not allowed: copying between FTUK accounts, even if both accounts belong to you; copying from or to another person’s account; third-party account management; third-party signal, group-trading or account-passing services; account sharing; or any copying arrangement used to bypass FTUK limits or risk controls.
Automation and prohibited conduct
Trading bots and Expert Advisors are not allowed. Do not use high-frequency, tick, micro or ultra-fast scalping, arbitrage, latency or pricing-error exploitation, account-passing services, third-party management, or any strategy intended to bypass platform or risk controls.
Do not use a VPN, IP masking, location manipulation or account arrangement to misrepresent your identity or trading location. If you need to travel or use a fixed VPS, contact FTUK Support before trading.
Rule enforcement
FTUK may review trading activity and take action under the Terms where a rule is breached or activity is considered abusive, unfair or intended to circumvent controls. Action may include a payout hold, account restrictions, account closure or other action permitted under the Terms.
