These rules apply to all FTUK accounts, forex and futures. They protect fair trading and make sure every account is traded only by its registered owner.
What is allowed?
Your normal internet. Trading from your home internet or mobile data is fine. These IP addresses change by themselves from time to time, and that is not a problem.
Public Wi-Fi. Trading on public Wi-Fi, for example in a café or hotel, is fine, as long as you are in your usual country and not trading from another IP address at the same time.
More than one device. You can use your computer and your phone, on Wi-Fi or mobile data, as long as you are not trading from both at the same time on different IP addresses.
A VPN or VPS, with one fixed IP address. If you use a VPN or a VPS (for example for Expert Advisors), always connect through the same server, so your trading comes from one fixed IP address. You do not need to register it with us.
What is not allowed?
Trading from two or more different IP addresses at the same time.
Switching between VPN or VPS servers, IP addresses or countries.
Trading from different countries or locations at the same time.
Using a VPN or other tools to hide your real location or pretend to be in another country.
Using a VPN or VPS to get around our rules on copy trading, group trading or signal trading.
Opening more than one FTUK profile, or opening profiles under different names or email addresses.
Letting anyone else log in to, trade on or manage your account, including account-passing or account-management services.
Travelling or moving
If you will be trading from a different country, for example while travelling, please contact FTUK Support before you trade. If you move permanently, we may ask you to verify your new address.
More than one trader at the same address
If more than one person in your household trades with FTUK from the same internet connection, each person must have their own profile and complete their own identity verification. Please let FTUK Support know before you start trading.
What happens if a rule is broken?
IP, VPN or location rule broken (for example trading from several IP addresses at the same time, switching VPN servers or trading from different countries): the payout on that account is denied and the account is closed. Where appropriate, we may offer a free retake.
Multiple profiles, false identity, someone else trading your account, or using a VPN or VPS for group or signal trading: all linked accounts are closed, any profits are forfeited and access to FTUK is blocked.
FTUK reviews login and trading activity as part of every payout. If you are unsure whether your setup is allowed, contact FTUK Support before you trade.
