Flex Futures Evaluations are not reset after a breach. A trader who breaches a Flex Futures Evaluation must purchase a new Evaluation to try again.
In limited circumstances, a Flex Futures Funded account may be eligible for reactivation before its first approved payout. Eligibility is assessed under the applicable account terms and must be confirmed in the dashboard or by Support.
If you hold a legacy One-Step Futures account, check your dashboard for any available reset option and its current account-specific conditions.
