Flex Futures at a glance

How the Evaluation works
To pass, reach the 5% target while staying above the active maximum-loss threshold and following the Flex Futures trading rules. There is no minimum-day requirement, Evaluation consistency rule or Evaluation daily loss lock.
The maximum-loss threshold follows the highest completed end-of-day closed balance. It does not move higher because of intraday floating profit, but it remains enforceable while you trade. If account equity touches or falls below the active threshold, the account is breached.
Funded stage: daily protection and scaling
In the Funded stage, the daily loss limit is a protective lock rather than an automatic terminal breach. If it is reached, open positions are closed, working orders are cancelled and new trading is blocked until the next trading session.
Funded contract limits are based on prior end-of-day closed simulated profit. A higher tier applies from the next session, not during an open position. Your dashboard shows the position limit currently available to you.
Instant Payout Requests
Instant Payout Requests means there are no fixed weekly or monthly request windows. You can submit a request as soon as you meet every payout requirement. It does not mean payment settlement is guaranteed instantly; requests remain subject to identity verification, compliance review and payment-provider processing.
Account size | Winning days | Minimum net realised P&L per winning day | Payout buffer | Initial gross request cap |
$25,000 | 5 | $100 | $1,500 | $1,000 |
$50,000 | 5 | $200 | $2,000 | $1,500 |
$100,000 | 5 | $300 | $3,000 | $2,500 |
$150,000 | 5 | $400 | $4,500 | $3,500 |
Winning days do not need to be consecutive. The largest profitable day must be no more than 40% of current payout-cycle net realised profit. A consistency shortfall defers a payout request; it is not an account breach.
The minimum gross payout request is $500. The payout buffer must remain in the account after the request. From the second approved payout onward, new net realised profit since the previous approved payout must equal at least 50% of the next gross request.
Trading conduct
Normal discretionary news trading and discretionary scalping are permitted. Profits from trades or partial closes held for fewer than 10 seconds must remain below 50% of total profit in the current payout cycle.
Copying between FTUK accounts is not allowed, even where both accounts belong to the same trader. An externally held account may be used as a copier source only when it is legally and beneficially owned by you and the source account, copier configuration and one FTUK target account have been registered before use.
Third-party account management, third-party signals, coordinated group trading, cross-account hedging, platform or fill exploitation, market manipulation and fully autonomous execution are not permitted.
Important
Flex Futures accounts are simulated. The account dashboard and the applicable Terms remain the current source for your account’s active limits and eligibility status.
