The FLEX Futures maximum loss limit is an end-of-day trailing drawdown. It applies in both the Evaluation and Funded phases.
Account size | Evaluation | Funded | Locks at |
$25,000 | $1,000 (4%) | $1,000 (4%) | $25,100 |
$50,000 | $2,000 (4%) | $2,000 (4%) | $50,100 |
$100,000 | $3,000 (3%) | $3,000 (3%) | $100,100 |
$150,000 | $4,000 (2.67%) | $4,000 (2.67%) | $150,100 |
How it trails
The limit is based on your end-of-day balance. It moves up as you reach new highs and never moves down.
For example, on a $50,000 account with a $2,000 maximum loss limit, the floor starts at $48,000. If you close the day at $52,000, the floor moves to $50,000.
Where it locks
Once the drawdown locks, it stays at breakeven plus $100 and stops trailing.
Hard breach
Closing the day below the allowed level terminates the account. Intraday dips do not count unless the day closes below the level.
